Analog photography is back! Are you sure, Sam? Yes. I pretty much think so but I do not know why or when, it is just a mere instinct. In the beginning of 2016, analog camera has started to be seen in a lot on artists or model instagram feed, such as: Kendal Jenner and G-Dragon. Excited. Yass. I see analog camera as a new exciting experience that I have never ever touched or experienced before in our life.
I am excited with the comeback of film camera in trend, even though pictures would probably be end in instagram feed anyway, like me #filmcamera #ishootfilm #believeinfilm. You knowwww, instagram, social media, digital, high quality pictures and show offs. hmm :P Even though I just started to use analog camera basically 1 year ago, newbie, noobs, yeah thats me.
Olympus XA 2 is my first analog camera that is recommended my brother (pictures above). When I just started,I want something that is simple and easy, so, I got this zone focus, simple, accompanied with flash, nothing fancy and complicated except the focus that I need to get used to.

I was very excited that time. I just did not what is waiting for me: blur photos, overexposed photo, white and pure nothingness in my pictures. Damn it! The result that is above my expectation and goes to something like this: a very blur pictures of Shanghai's highway that I took on my last day living in Shanghai. I got this result half year later after postponing my self to go to develop the picture. Yes, I am still trying heyyy! I love analog photography because it is very unexpected, thrilling or even adventurous. This brings to another reasons why analog camera might be the new trend! woop?
